San Francisco - Jewel By The Bay

As a photographer, sometimes you find yourself in the right place at the right time to witness something special. The weather can be unpredictable in San Francisco, but the clear conditions on Sept. 12, 2019 allowed me to capture of this spectacular high resolution image of the Bay Bridge leading into the city as viewed from my unique vantage point on Yerba Buena /Treasure Island.

There was an additional degree of good fourtune in having the San Francisco Giants ballpark (Oracle Park) not only lit up, but centered perfectly between the two bridge piles.

I was very much out of my comfort zone just off the road at 10:30 at night with tour buses and semi trucks zipping by just a short distance from my tripod. They were all successful in negotiating that curve behind me, and the risk paid huge dividends. I am thrilled to have this image available to produce some spectacular large prints.

Like many images on this site it is very large, thus many different cropped compositions for print are possible.

Measuring and Sizing your Acrylic Wall Mural panels

Wall Mural arrangements printed on one of our acrylic options, will be delivered as a set of separate panels. Much the same as our Sky Mural Ceilings, we need some information to deliver your required size and layout.

  1. Specify the number of Rows and Columns of panels in your Mural grid to calculate Total Panels Ordered.
    Example: 3 Rows X 2 Columns for 6 Total Panels.
  2. Enter the approximate  dimensions of the entire arrangement in Total Installation Size This helps us know the required orientation (Lanscape or Portrait).
  3. Select the size of each panel in the arrangement. (Standard or Custom)
  4. Verify the Print Medium (acrylic) desired. Large sizes automatically select a thicker acrylic but you may override this.
  5. Additional specifications for your Wall Mural may be entered in Customer Instructions.

Wall Mural Sizing & Materials

Enter dimensions that allow for imperfections in the wall, such level or squareness. Normally 4-6 inches in height, and 8 to 12 inches in width for a mural 20ft. x 10ft. Larger walls may require more. Your order will ship to you in one or more printed rolls. Roll widths are 54 inches. You will receive roll(s) that are applied vertically, or horizontally, depending upon the height ordered.

An important note on quality: This original panel design is a print on the highest quality flat acrylic available for your recessed lighting application. The panel ships in a protective flat box, similar to a fine piece of art (learn more).

Our product is not back-lit film or thin acrylic rolled up into a small box or tube. We have meticulously chosen acrylic materials that meet our high standards for visual excellence.

Should you require a custom size of this image, it will not be simply cropped, but carefully edited by our artists to preserve the design's full character.
