With the huge variety of decorative light panels we offer—and the fact that sizes are usually unique—each panel is printed to order specifically for the customer. Unfortunately, this means returned panels cannot be restocked or resold, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If you would like to preview a design before placing your order, samples are available for purchase on most product pages.
Defective Panels
In the extremely rare event that you receive a defective panel, we will gladly replace it at no charge upon receipt of clear photographic documentation. Defects must be reported within 7 days following delivery.
Panels Damaged in Transit
We can replace Panels damaged during shipment, with proper proof of damage. Shipping carriers have gotten very strict about damage claims. We must receive the following:
- Photographs of the damaged panels inside the box
- Detailed photographs of the damaged shipping box.
We are unable to provide replacement panels without this documentation.
