AN IMPORTANT UPDATE TO OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
At Fluorescent Gallery, our top priority is making sure your panels arrive safely and in perfect condition. Because of the delicate nature of our products, they must be shipped in large, double-wall corrugated packaging designed to protect them in transit.
In recent years, both FedEx and UPS have significantly increased shipping rates, especially for packages over 48 inches. Dimensions that were once considered standard are now often classified as oversized. As a result, the average shipping cost for each order is currently between $75 and $100.
We have worked hard to absorb as much of these rising costs as possible rather than passing them directly on to our customers. However, shipping premium-quality panels that cannot be rolled into small boxes or tubes has become substantially more expensive.
We believe the superior visual impact and quality of our panels continue to make them well worth the added shipping cost. As always, we remain committed to keeping our pricing as fair and reasonable as possible.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada from the Midwest using UPS Ground.
We encourage international customers to Contact us with the details of your potential order (design and quantity by exact size – see How to Measure), including the delivery address, and we will respond with the price and shipping quote. Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, there is a minimum order quantity of 10 2×4 or 20 2×2, or 20 1×4 panels.
What are your shipping prices?
Important Note: In January 2025, FedEx and UPS increased our shipping costs by 70% simply since our boxes must be over 48″ to fully protect your panels. Therefore, we have had to increase our shipping charges.
UPS Ground – United States
Continental US shipments: $38 flat + $4 each panel. Hawaii and Alaska shipments are higher and calculated at Checkout. Due to the shipping distance from our production facility in Indiana, the following additional surcharges are set by UPS and added to our shipping charges: $7.00 to $11.00 depending on the delivery location.
UPS Ground – Canada
Canadian shipments: $48 flat + $4 each panel. Depending on the Province, additional charges of $60 to $80 are added for Custom’s brokerage fees and $5 to $9 per panel for HST/PST/GST and other fees. Provinces NL, NT, NU, YT require a Northern Canada Surcharge. Specific charges are calculated on the Checkout page.
UPS 2Day or Overnight
Since all products are printed to order, the production time required is at least 6-8 business days from the order date. Once the panels ship, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Western US locations 4 business days. Since the boxes are large and flat, these services are very expensive. Contact us before placing your order if you have a very tight deadline.
DHL – International – Prices vary, based on location. Email us for a quote.
Oversize Shipments and Custom-Built Packaging
Larger panels (over 49″ in length and/or over 24″ in width) require custom packaging or a fully built box. UPS also charges premium oversize rates depending on the size. Due to the shipping costs for these orders, there may be an added $20 shipping cost to the order.
For very large panels that are 10 3/4 sqft+, UPS shipping and the custom box charges are approximately $250.00. These prices are calculated at Checkout.
How long will it take the panels to ship?
Lead times: All products are manufactured to order and ship from the Midwest. Expect most orders to ship within 10-12 business days. Oversize panels, acrylic upgrades, and orders over 15 panels may take an extra few days. In the summer months and during holidays, there may be additional production days required due to staff absences.
Samples are printed to order as well. They may take 12 business days for delivery via USPS.
If you are working towards a deadline, it’s difficult for us to expedite orders, so please plan ahead based on the information above.
How can I check on my order?
When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email notification along with the UPS tracking number. If you have not been notified within 10 business days of your order date (spam folder?), feel free to email us for status.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order is received damaged, simply send us an email describing the damage, which of the contents you need replaced, and a photo of the panel(s) and box. There is no need to contact UPS directly. Please keep the damaged panels along with the original box/packaging until the replacement shipment arrives. Your replacement(s) will ship as soon as possible.
It’s very important to open the box and check the contents within 7 business days of receipt. Any UPS damage claim over 2 weeks following delivery may not be honored.
