This was the view from my beach lounger chair at a beautiful in resort Real Del Mar, just north of Puerto Vallarta. The Frigatebirds in this image are able to stay aloft without landing for a hundred miles or more. It was a joy to watch their smooth and effortless flight. Some of them were over a mile and a half up, and they appear as very small black specs in these photos.
